Printing OPP film
This is the first step of producing tablemats.All the designs will be printed on the opp film by this Toshiba machine which imported from Japan.The designs will be showed very clearly and shine which printed by it.You feel when you received our products
QC for the printing film
This is the second step to check the printed opp film.We have strict quality control system to make sure all of our products are in good quality.Testing the printed opp film is the first QC step.
Tablemats Extruder
This step,we will make the printed opp film and the material PP stick together by hot.Our double side and one side pp tablemats will be produced by this machine.The temperture is very important for the products.Our workers are very professional.Don't worry
